Exhibitor setup is Sunday, October 11 and Monday, October 12, from 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM. Exhibits are then open through the close of the conference on Wednesday, October 14.

Each booth includes a 6′ table, chairs, and table linen, plus 110V power. Exhibitors must bring their own power strips and extension cords.

Yes. Boxes and packages may arrive no more than 72 hours before your arrival. Each package must be clearly marked with the responsible party’s name and the group name (2026 MTS Dynamic Positioning Conference), and all deliveries must be coordinated with hotel staff in advance of your function date.

Yes: $5.00 per box and $50.00 per pallet.

Standard booths include 110V power. If your equipment requires additional or higher-voltage power, contact us in advance so we can coordinate directly with the hotel to see what’s available and any associated cost.
